Delane Pimentel: I didn’t realize how painful it would be. I understand now why this works. It puts you in the place of a never-ending crunch because your stomach is so compressed. There is no way to keep it on for more than a couple of hours, maximum. I am a larger woman, so maybe my experience is different than someone else, but I have been wearing it intermittently for a few days and I already feel my core strengthening.

raerae: So I’ve purchased a few of these waistbands or cinchers before and didn’t like the way they fit, or my skin was too sensitive for the material. I saw a friend at the gym using this and she was so positive about the product. Anyway, I decided to buy it and I absolutely love it! I sweat so much using this and I can see the changes!

Teri: can barely breathe in this so I think its working. Jokes aside- it’s a great product especially for how inexpensive. My waist is 29in but I bought a small anyway but it’s easy to loosen/make tighter. Great back support is a plus and I’m already feeling like my waist is smaller after a couple of days.
