Frederick Robinson: Make sure to measure your waist and to use the company sizing chart, do not guess, or you will get something too small. I have worn the belt on a 50-mile bicycle ride, 20-mile walk and at the gym. Even though the weather was only 50 degrees Fahrenheit on my ride and walk the sweat poured off of me like the weather was 90 degrees Fahrenheit. At the gym, it hid the love handles.

IShopper: I like that the product came without and flaws in the stitching. The material seems strong and the sizing guide listed was right on it. I was between sizes so I went up a size XXL but could have stayed at XL I just didn’t want to take the chance if the material was quality.

TTYNJonah: So far this works well. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to wear it for sizing issues (I ordered the largest, 6X but I’m technically larger than that). But the 3 rows of teeth help with the sizing. It makes you sweat a ton which I love. I have a long wait so it doesn’t cover everything and I have a muffin top effect near my chest but it works well. I can’t wait to keep going down in size. Side note – it’s quite comical trying to get these on but once you do it a few times, it’s easier. I found that by not using the straps to pull but using your hand and shoving down then pulling it outward and up helps way more.
