Leah Davis: I really like this belt. I ordered the medium and I’m 5’7 and 156lbs. I needed a compression belt after surgery so I went with this one because of the other reviews. After 5 months out of the gym, this is helping tremendously, even the sweating in the waistline. The zipper and double strap is very secure and supports my workout. The only complaint I have is the difficulty of removing the hook above the zipper. It takes a few tries. Other than that. I do highly recommend.

I then got the 2X when I was done with the 3X and it is satisfying to be able to cinch in the waist trainer each week to the next row.
